About Us

Cornucopia Cheese & Specialty Foods Company was established in 1980 and was incorporated in 1983.  In the early days, our founder, Noland Thuss, was the only full-time employee and we occupied the back corner of a community grocery store in rural Alamance County near Chapel Hill, NC.  Our customers have always been "white tablecloth" restaurants and gourmet/health food shops.

After 25 years, Cornucopia has grown into one of the leading cheese and specialty food suppliers in the Southeast United States providing over 1,000 products to customers in North Carolina, Virginia and surrounding states.

9am - 3:30pm  Friday

Orders must be placed by  4:30pm Thursday for same week truck delivery.
